James Toseland, WSBK champion of the world (World Superbike) 2 times recently told how injured his right wrist almost made his career in motor racing event ended early retirement alias.
The British rider was injured while performing the test in Motorland Aragon, Spain in mid-March. When this incident occurred, local medics said that only experienced a shift Toseland aka sprained cartilage.
But the pain continued to come making it wondering what actually happened. Until Toseland finally decided to undergo X-ray examination and found a shift in bone and lack of blood flow in her wrist. From this in mind if not immediately addressed, Toseland could have retired early as a racer.
"I must have a full strength as a racer and if my wrist was not optimal, then I can not race with maximum results. If so I better just retire from the racing world! But luckily Mike Hayton who perform surgery on my hands, have done job well and saved my career! "Toseland said.
Toseland was also told of how the recovery process run very fast. With the burning passion he also told his desire to get back racing in Monza, Italy this weekend (8 / 5).
